Welcome to Health First. By registering for our CPR and first aid training classes, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
Our Services
Health First is an authorized American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center offering life-saving certification courses including:
- BLS for Healthcare Providers
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Heartsaver CPR AED
- Heartsaver First Aid
- Group/On-site Training
Class Registration
- Registration is required for all classes and must be completed online or by phone
- Full payment is due at the time of registration
- Valid email and phone number are required for class communications
- Participants must be at least 16 years old (or accompanied by parent/guardian)
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No-Show Policy
Students who fail to attend without notice forfeit their registration fee. We understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend. We will work with you to find a solution whenever possible.
Certification
- Certification requires successful completion of skills testing and written exam
- eCards are issued same-day upon successful completion
- AHA certifications are valid for 2 years from issue date
- Students who do not pass may remediate at instructor's discretion
